FAQ

• I accept images with a JPG, PNG, BMP, PDF, and TIFF extension.
  
  
• Files must be 10MB or smaller. The upload time will depend on the file size and your Internet connection speed. Please be patient when uploading a large image.
  
  
• Please try to use the best-quality image possible. 
  
  
• When scanning in photographs, please use a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. When taking digital images, set your camera at the highest possible resolution. You can always reduce the resolution later. Low-resolution images cannot be increased without loss of image quality.
  
  
• Image should include at least the bust up and have plenty of room around the head for cropping to fit the product you order.
  
  
• I cannot reproduce copyrighted photos and images.
  
  
• I reserve the right to refuse any objectionable material. We will not reproduce materials that are deemed by our staff to be offensive or obscene.

 
What Materials Are The Toppers Made Of?

• The toppers are made of high quality heavyweight glitter cardstock. Please keep away from fire and liquids.

 
What Does Double-Sided Mean?

• Double-sided toppers have the glitter cardstock on the front and back.

Are Photos Placed On The Front And Back Of The Topper?

• The photo is only on the front side of the topper.

What is The Turnaround Time?

• Everything in my shop is made to order. My turnaround time is between 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind, this is the time for me to make your order. Your shipping method determines how fast you will receive it.
  First Class mail, 1-10 business days
  Priority Mail, 1-4 business days (NOT guaranteed)
  Priority Mail Express is 1-2 business days (guaranteed, or money back)
